All online orders will be shipped with Fed-Ex or Canada Post unless otherwise specified.
Our shipments are only scheduled once per week: Thursdays (except statutory holidays). All orders received before 11:59 PM (PST) on Tuesday will be shipped on the following Thursday (or next business day).
Note for Subscription Orders: Subscription orders only ship on Thursdays and continue to ship weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly thereafter.
Shipping is free on all orders over $50. Local (Vancouver) orders under $50 are subject to $10 shipping rate. All other orders under $50 are subject to a flat $15 shipping rate.
Shipping times vary depending on location, but are roughly as follows:
2-3 business days (BC, Alberta)
3-4 business days (Sask - Man)
4-5 business (Rest of Can)
Email us for shipping to International addresses and we’ll do our best to figure something out.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on roasted coffee.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund for the cost of the item will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds will be issued once a returned item reaches us and can be inspected for signs of use and/or damage.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get it sorted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
